Hi, this is Pastor Craig.
Thank you for visiting us online and checking us out. If you decide to visit, here are the four most important things you can expect (followed by a few other logistics). Please contact us if you have any questions! We hope to see you!
(1) Because we fellowship you can expect to be greeted warmly and encouraged through God’s People.
(2) Because we pray you can expect God to be at work in your life, and in the lives of those around you.
(3) Because we worship you can expect to sense the presence of the Lord in your life.
(4) Because we study God’s Word you can expect to be spoken to and guided by the Lord in your daily life.
On Sundays, we generally teach verse-by-verse through an entire book of the Bible. Currently, we are in the book of I & II Corinthians.
On Wednesdays, we are doing a survey through the entire Bible - spending 1-2 weeks on each book of the Bible.
I teach from the NKJV, and may reference another translation from time to time.
Our worship services usually last about an hour and a half.
Though our Bible studies are in-depth, they contain a heavy emphasis on personal application with a laser-like focus on deepening our relationship with Jesus Christ. Simply stated: our teachings are focused on growing as a disciple in order to be going for the gospel.
Our worship is simple, well-done, and focused on Jesus.
Coffee and snacks are available before services.
Our Sanctuary is set-up a bit differently. Yep, that's right, I used the "d" word - "different!" That always sends up a red flag! Run for the hills! Okay, and more seriously....the Sanctuary has both rows of chairs, and a few tables with chairs. Sit where you are most comfortable. Some like the church feel, and others like to sit at a table and spread out a bit with their Bible, notebook, and coffee. Though our Sanctuary has a casual atmosphere, it does not diminish the reverence we have towards our God. Atmosphere, in and of itself, does not promote reverence - but real and reverant worship, comes from the inside out.
